LIST Cadastral Parcels

The LIST Cadastral Parcels is a spatial index of polygons forming Tasmania's Cadastral framework. These polygons have been formed from The LIST Boundary Segments and the layers of Authority Parcel, Casement, Water areas and Private Parcel from The LIST Cadastral Area spatial table within the Cadastral Data Model.Private parcels will represent an entitlement in fee simple.

ACT Blocks

A parcel of land, usually the smallest unit of land that can be held under an individual lease without a requirement for further subdivision. Blocks in ACTMAPi are displayed as Urban and Rural blocks, and have been separated into individual layers based on its lifecycle stage (Registered, Approved, Proposed, Occupied and Retired). URBAN blocks are defined as blocks that appear within a division and have division and section identifiers. RURAL blocks do not usually appear within a division, but may do so if they remain from before the division was created.

NSW Digital Cadastral Database

The Digital Cadastral Database (DCDB) is a digital representation of the cadastre of New South Wales (NSW). It is a state wide integrated database and a component of the foundation datasets within the NSW Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI). A “cadastre” is an official register of property showing boundaries. The DCDB contains spatial representations of current land titles including land parcels, strata parcels, legal road casements, water bodies and unidentified parcels.

Land Tenure

The SCDB is an integrated database comprising of a number of datasets (layers) of digital spatial data, defining all Crown and Freehold land parcels within the State as well as subsidiary survey network control. Includes an integrated administrative boundaries dataset and a lodged layer containing recent surveys. This dataset points to the W_LAND_TENURE_VIEW sde view which was created specifically for this purpose.

VicMap Crown Land Tenure

Vicmap Crown Land Tenure is a statewide dataset series that plays a key role in the management of Victoria's Crown land. It was created (June 2003 - Feb 2004) from migrating LCMP layers into the Vicmap structure.
The layer provides information about th

LIST Land Tenure

The Land Tenure data set contains a representation of the commonly accepted land tenure classifications for Tasmania.Tenure Classifications include Crown Land, Private Land, Local Government and other Statutory Authority Land, Reserved Land, Conservation Covenants, Private Reserves, Permanent Timber Production Zone Land (formerly State Forest). Future Potential Production Forest (FPPF) land is also distinguished where it overlaps Crown and HEC land.

NT Tenure of the Northern Territory

This dataset is a combination of information extracted from the Northern Territory's MAPNET and Land Administration Information System (LAIS) databases. It has been compiled for the sole purpose of providing a general snapshot of Northern Territory Tenure information over the internet, via the NT's node of the Australian Coastal Atlas.

MAPNET contains spatial definitions of land parcels in the Northern Territory. Refer to the MAPNET metadata record for further information.

ACT Sections

Sections are a small grouping of blocks (usually less than 50) defined for land administration purposes. Section boundaries do not overlap each other or Districts and Divisions. They exist only within urban areas. Section boundaries are often defined using physical features such as roads, so as to aggregate a manageable number of blocks of similar type.
