A Bill to establish a system of integrated management and protection for catchments, to establish a framework for controlling noxious weeds and pest animals, to repeal the Soil Conservation and Land Utilization Act 1958 and the Vermin and Noxious Weeds Act 1958, to amend various other Acts and for other purposes.
