Access and Licensing Details
Products and services relating to this dataset are distributed by PSMA and are available through commercial resellers under a PSMA licence.
Data maintenance is carried out at PSMA to enforce the data integrity (aspatial). Quality Assurance processes are used to check structural integrity of the data.
Relative spatial accuracy of CadLite® reflects that of the jurisdictional source data. The cadastre accuracy is +/- 2 metres in urban areas and +/- 10 metres in rural and remote areas.
Key attributes (name and the unique identifier) have a high degree of accuracy in the order of 99.09%. Other attributes derived from the processing of supplied data may have a lower degree of accuracy.
The dataset is updated quarterly.
The Land Tenure dataset is built by PSMA Australia Pty Ltd (PSMA) following a project undertaken in cooperation with the National Land and Water Resources Audit (NLWRA).
PSMA is working to improve the data maintenance processes which have significantly enhanced its accuracy from previous releases. This improvement in processes will be continually reviewed to produce the highest standards possible in accuracy and quality control.
